Pre-Market Prep
I offer additional services to help you get started. I can quote a full house clean outs. I have a dumpster I can leave on site, and I am licensed in home improvement so I can quote repairs.
Buyer Search & Show
I can set you up on my MLS alert system. You will have access and the ability to make changes as needed and receive search alerts. These are crucial to edge out other buyers! I can show you a property anytime. I do not take days off!
